At Westminster Memory Care, we believe effective Memory Care for people living with Alzheimer’s or another form of dementia is a personal journey, one with its own heartfelt rewards as well as challenges. We are here to support that journey for both you and your loved one, with individualized programming designed exclusively for each resident. We initiate a personalized care plan with a Roundtable discussion where our team and your family get to know one another and begin to shape the best care for your loved one. We’ll help you prepare your loved one for the transition to Memory Care as we get to know the finer points of who they are, what they prefer, and precisely what support they need to feel calm, engaged, and experience joy.
When you're loved one joins our Lexington, South Carolina, Memory Care community, we will have a plan in place designed with the personal care services that best meet their current needs and abilities. Every 90 days, our highly skilled care team will reassess the plan to make certain your loved one is receiving the individualized care that they deserve.
